The rolling bending of the plate through the rotating roller, the method of bending the plate is called rolling bending, also known as the roll circle.

1. The basic principle, the basic principle of roll bending. The sheet material is placed on the lower roller, and the distance between the upper and lower rollers can be adjusted. When its distance is less than the thickness of the sheet, the sheet will produce bending, that is, the so-called bending. So the essence of rolling is continuous bending.

3.1 Welding can be divided into CO2 welding, Ar welding, resistance welding, etc.​

3.1.1 Principle of CO2 welding: The protective gas (CO2) is used to mechanically isolate the air from the molten metal to prevent the oxidation and nitriding of the molten metal. Mainly used for welding iron materials, features: firm connection, and good sealing performance, disadvantages: easy to produce deformation during welding. CO2 welding equipment is mainly divided into robot CO2 welder and manual CO2 welder.

3.1.3 Working principle of resistance welding: The resistance heat generated by current passing through the weldment is used to melt the weldment and heat the weldment so that the weldment is connected. Equipment mainly Songxing series, Qilong series and so on.

3.2 Riveting can be divided into pressure rivet connection and rivet connection, etc. Common riveting equipment is pressure riveting machine, pull riveting gun and POP riveting gun, etc.

3.2.1 Pressure riveting connection is to press screws and nuts into materials and parts so that they can be connected with other parts through threads.

3.2.2 Rivet connection is to pull and rivet two materials together.
